StorageBox Marketing is a brand of Fusion Cloud Media Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 09239684). Registered office: Fusion Cloud Media Ltd, 5th Floor, 167-169 Great Portland Street, London W1W 5PF. In this policy, "we", "us" and "I" refer to Fusion Cloud Media Ltd trading as StorageBox Marketing.

We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and in the course of providing our services, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. We process personal data in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect and why

Enquiry and contact details

When you fill in a form on this website or email us, we collect the details you provide: typically your name, email address, contact number, business name and website address. We use these to respond to your enquiry, call you back as promised, and provide anything you've asked for such as a free audit. The lawful basis for this is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services, and taking steps to enter into a contract with you where you ask us to.

Client data

If you become a client, we hold your business contact details, correspondence and billing information for the purpose of delivering our services and administering our relationship. The lawful bases are performance of a contract and our legal obligations (for example keeping accounting records).

Marketing platform data

Delivering Google Ads management, SEO and AEO services means we access data held in platforms connected to your business, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile and your website's content management system. This data is about your business and its marketing performance. Where it contains personal data (for example enquiry details recorded in your analytics), we act on your instructions as part of delivering the agreed services.

Website usage data

With your consent, we use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use this website. See our Cookies Policy for details. You can decline these and the website works normally.

What we never do

• We never sell your personal information.
• We never add you to marketing lists without your consent.
• We never share your details with third parties for their own marketing.

Who we share data with

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run our business: website hosting, email, form handling, appointment scheduling and analytics (including Google services). They process data on our behalf under their own security and data protection commitments. Some providers (such as Google) may process data outside the UK; where that happens it is protected by recognised safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy decisions.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for up to two years from our last contact, in case you come back to us. Client records are kept for the duration of our work together and then as long as the law requires (typically six years for financial records). You can ask us to delete your details sooner at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email kerry@storageboxmarketing.com. We will respond within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

If we change how we handle personal data, we'll update this page and change the date at the top.
